Purchases

Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If you are not completelly satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 5 days of shipment for either: a full credit (not including shipping fees) towards another item, or a refund less a 10% restocking fee (shipping fees not included).

Custom orders are not returnable.

Returns for refund, that were paid by credit card, will be charged an additional 5% banking fee.

Repairs

The Silver Web jewelry is guaranteed against faulty craftsmanship. All items will be repaired or replaced (at our discretion) free of charge, for any breakage, etc.

Return Proceedure

All returns must be accompanied by your sales receipt.

 C.O.D. returns are not accepted.

Shipping

Each item in your order will be gift boxed.

Shipping fees for the USA are $10.00 up to the first $500.00, + $2.50 for each additional $500.00.

We will gift wrap your purchase for an additional $2.00.

~ Holiday Gifts will be Gift Wrapped free of charge from 11/1/04 - 1/7/05~

You can have your order shipped to a third party. 

We accept checks or money orders in U.S. funds, or the following credit cards; Master card, Visa, Discover, Novus, Amex. At this time, the site uses e-mail which is not secure, so credit cards should be phoned in.
